Q: What payments option do you accept?
We accept payment by PayPal. Credit card processing will be implemented in the near future.
Q: What are your shipping charges?
How does your store charge for shipping?
A: We are set up with real time shipping through the USPS and UPS. Once you have your items in your cart and address entered, the shopping cart will calculate correct shipping and handling charges for you items.
Q: Money / Personal checks
Do we accept Money Orders or Personal Checks?
A: At this time we do not accept Money Orders or Personal Checks as payment methods.
Q: Shipping Information
How long will it take to receive my package?
A: We do our best to have your order shipped out within 2 business days. Most packages sent to addresses in the continental US should arrive in about 1 week.
Q: Refund, Returns and Cancellations
A: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, and must be in new, unused condition. Special order or custom made items may not be eligible for refund. There is no re-stocking fee for returns - you will get the full purchase price, less the shipping and handling fee.
